Windows with uPVC do not need regular cleaning and repair. But cleaning the window frames twice a year is easier. Loosen the dirt and dust with an old rag and a paint brush. If any, clear the cobwebs. Then the frames are cleaned easily with the aid of a vacuum cleaner.

Mix some warm water and washing liquid in a bowl and scrub the window and door frames for deep cleaning. Do not use rough cleaners or abrasive clothing or sponges and creams. Using decent PVC solvent cleaners for stubborn dirt to enjoy clear views, clean the glass whenever needed. In direct sunshine, it is easier to stop washing.
